Shipping

Standard Shipping is free within the continent of the United States where ground shipping is available for retail sales. We ship out just wheels or just tires typically within one to two business days and packages within two to six business days. Shipping times are dependent on what location we ship out of and your location – plan around two to eight working days from the moment it ships. For a more accurate estimation we recommend you refer to the information within the tracking # we provide at time of shipping.

Returns

We will accept returns for Just Wheels or Just Tires within 10 days of you having received your products so as long as they have not been driven on or installed on the vehicle. We Do Not Accept Returns on mounted packages. In the case of just wheels, we will accept them back so as long as tires have never been mounted on them. Returns must be received in undamaged, new condition with all original packaging. Simply contact our support department and request a return and you’ll be provided with a Return Authorization number to get your return going. For tires, tires must be shipped back with original labels on tires otherwise the shipment will be refused. For all returns We Do Not Have Restocking Fees however the transit expenses incurred in shipping to you will be deducted from the final credit. We do not cover return shipping expenses.

Test Fitment Responsibility

End user is responsible for test fitting the wheels within 5 working days and or tires upon receipt to assure the wheels and or tires do not obstruct anywhere. Buyer is responsible for making sure the fitment is proper and that the vehicle is safe to drive. We recommend you do this before mounting tires on the wheels as we do not accept returns on wheels and tires that have been driven on.

5 Year Finish Warranty

The industry standard is 1 year. We back our product with a 5 year finish warranty.

Keep wheels clean. The clear coat or aluminum finish will be damaged if foreign material, brake dust, dirt or chemicals are not removed promptly. NEVER CLEAN WHEELS WHEN THEY ARE HOT! Clean wheels regularly with mild soap and water only. The finish of your wheels may be permanently damaged by caustic soap used on some commercial car washes. Any abrasives, steel wool or chemicals applied to your wheels may damage the finish. Salt from the roads will permanently damage the wheels if not removed promptly. See below for warranty handling procedure and additional terms.

Order Cancellation

Hit the Add to Cart button and entered your credit card info by accident? We get it, stuff happens, all we ask is to let us know within the hour otherwise we’ll consider the order live and process it right away. In the event the order has not shipped we will cancel the order without fees. If the order has shipped you must receive the order and we’ll later process the cancellation as a return if a return is applicable. Do Not Refuse The Shipment this will result in inflated return freight expenses by the carrier that you’ll later be responsible for.

If you ordered a tire package, a $150 cancelation fee will apply to recover expenses incurred for order fulfillment.

Sale & Purchase Of Goods.
Ram Trading LLC / BRINKWheels.com (Seller) hereby agrees to sell and the user (Buyer’s) hereby agrees to purchase goods described within the checkout process including quantities noted and incorporate this reference as (Goods). Buyer agrees to pay the amount noted within the checkout process of the goods. The business transaction is made in the state of Florida in Miami-Dade County and the product delivered as a courtesy to the buyer’s location. In the event that the user (Buyer) defaults on his/her payment and has received the merchandise, we will legally pursue a resolve, with the user (Buyer) being responsible for all legal fees involved in addition to the full amount of the invoice. BRINK Wheels reserves the right to cancel an order in the unlikely event of inaccuracy in pricing, quantity and or other reasons having to due with possible human or website error. RAM Trading LLC BRINKWheels.com has the right to refuse business to any customer harassing, behaving unruly, making threats towards the business or acting unprofessionally.

Wheel Warranty Full Terms & Handling Process

BRINK Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser (consumer) that its wheels will be free from structural failure or finish defect, under normal and intended use and proper care, for as long as the original retail purchaser (consumer) owns the product.

In the unlikely event you experience a questionable defect that you’d like to be considered for warranty it will be the end consimers responsibility to ship the wheels back to BRINK for inspection.

If BRINK determines an actual defect does exist at that point the consumer will be provided a discount code for the full value of a replacement however the consumer is to provide BRINK with a return shipping label or BRINK can provide the customer a quote for the shipping.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling times noted on the website are to be considered estimations. Our average shipping time is 4 to 6 working days however we always recommend you plan around 7 to 15 working days to be on the safe side.
