Please note that only returns that have been pre-approved will be accepted, all other un-approved shipments will be rejected upon receipt. If you were sent a link to this page your return has already been pre-approved.

Return Instructions

To return your package simply ship the package back in it’s entirely to the address below. You’re welcome to use the shipper of your choice for the transit as we do not offer return labels for returns. We strongly recommend you read our terms and conditions for the return so you know exactly what to expect once the package arrives.

We will accept returns within 10 days of you having received your order so as long as they have not been driven on or installed on the vehicle.

In the case of just wheels, we will accept them back so as long as tires have never been mounted on them. Returns must be received in undamaged, new condition with all original packaging.

For Wheel & Tire Packages, we will accept them back so as long as the wheels and tires have not been installed. Returns must be received in undamaged, new condition with all original packaging.

If you’re returning just tires, tires must have original labels and not have been installed on wheels.

If you’re returning accessories (lugs, locks or tpms), hardware must be in original packaging and never have been installed on vehicle.

If you would like to move forward with the return ship the package back via the carrier of your choice to the below address. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package as if the package arrives damaged this will hinder you receiving credit.
